An engineer and a Management professional ( MBA, IIM Bangalore) , I possess three and a half decades experience of profit center, business development, strategy, negotiations and global alliances spanning engineering, projects, consumer durables, supply chains, aviation and tourism, both at the international and India-centric levels. For over a decade I have been actively mentoring and coaching Managers and Executives to support them in their actions and results.
A professional certified Coach (PCC credentialed), I run Leadership Workshop cum coaching programs for organisations as part of my commitment to develop and upgrade Leadership Incubation globally. Further, in my quest to remain at the cutting edge of Learning & Development , I am a visiting professor at some of the Indian Institutes of Management ( leading B Schools) in India.

I remain passionate about instilling Leadership thinking and intuition in my clients who are struggling to remain ahead of the curve in an increasingly disruptive environment. I like to see my clients gain the ability to recognise the impact of technology led disruption on their business and start seeing such a Change as a great business opportunity rather than a threat.
